We are thrilled to share the news that our Founder and Executive Director Paige Stringer has been honored with the 2019 Health Award by World of Children!

World of Children recognizes people who are the founders, co-founders, or visionary leaders of organizations that have been working for at least a decade to elevate the lives of vulnerable children. The organization “has dedicated more than $14 million to high-impact programs for children, led by nearly 120 Honorees working in over 60 countries. World of Children has been recognized by the media as the “Nobel Prize for Child Advocates” and is the only global recognition and funding program that exclusively focuses on a broad range of children’s issues including health, education, safety and human rights.”

The World of Children provides grant funds, educational opportunities and media attention for each of its Honorees, providing their programs with support to grow and expand so that they will ultimately improve the lives of even more children.

The Global Foundation For Children With Hearing Loss is grateful to World of Children for this wonderful recognition of Paige’s leadership and its generous support of our efforts to ensure that children with hearing loss can reach their full potential — no matter where in the world they live.
