Eleven-year-old Dutch is a fun-loving, active boy who loves running, doing crazy trampoline tricks, skiing, and hanging out with friends and his three siblings. He also happens to wear hearing aids. His family was grateful for the early support they received to help him listen and talk.
They designed the Montanathon this past summer to pay it forward and raise money to help other kids with hearing loss around the world not as fortunate. Dutch and his Dad Jim spent two weeks running, backpacking, river-rafting, and biking many miles thru the Montana wilderness. The Global Foundation For Children With Hearing Loss is honored to have been chosen as this duo’s fundraising beneficiary.
Check out this well-deserved front page treatment of their exploits in the Missoulian newspaper.
THANK YOU to Dutch and Jim for their amazing efforts and to all who donated for your generosity!
